Bleeding n still pregnant?

I had a faint positive in Dec. And then bled then another faint in early jan, bled during end of jan and early feb. So.. I naturally thought I miscarried and had a chemical in dec, only to test a couple days after bleeding stopped like 4th Feb. And I had a faint positive still. I feel weighed down in the belly/uterus area and totally gone off eating, I get nausea most off the day, boobs are growing heavier and sore
