Red blotches
Anyone else get this? It happens all the time, used to think it was an emotional thing but when I started to pay attention it literally happens all the time for zero reason. It doesn’t itch and I usually don’t notice until I see it on the mirror or I get the dreaded “what happened to your chest??”
It has recently spread to my arms and about half the time it’s hot to the touch.
