I am an curious as to why a doc would have agreed to giving you a pregnancy blood test at only 10 DPO? That is SO early and implantation happens as late as 12dpo. Seems silly to be getting bloods done this early (and a strain on the system,  but its money in the docs pocket I assume??) Try to hold out until at least 13 dpo before taking any tests. Good luck!!
