Pregnancy/Cramps

So I took an at home pregnancy test yesterday and it came back positive two bold pink lines. Now today I'm having cramps at the bottom of my stomach. The cramps only happens when I'm laying on my back in the bed. I am confused and don't know what's going on right now I need some answers can someone please help me.
