Potty training seat

Question

Looking for recommendations as there are so many choices. I’m leaning towards ones that have a ladder, so kids can use it independently. Thanks!

My son loves this seat. I bought one with a ladder attached and it felt really unstable so my son never used it unless I actually lifted him onto the seat, plus it scratched my toilet! This one is really stable because it has a nice grip all the way around it, which also prevents scratches. I use this with the Babybjorn step stool and my son easily climbs right up. For reference, we have 3 different elongated toilets in our house and this fits all of them, but I haven’t tried it on a round toilet.

None of my kids liked the seats. They were pretty scared of it. They used a very basic toddler potty in the beginning and then I just put bumbo step stool in front of the regular toilet.
