Sadly today I got a call that my hcg levels had dropped. The nurse had asked if I was still spotting and cramping as I was before the 48 hour HCG test, but I feel perfectly fine today and the spotting had stopped a few hours after it started. I only had spotting when I wiped so I would have never thought I was having a miscarriage. Well an hour later the nurse called back and said that she spoke with the doctor again and was surprised that I was no longer bleeding or cramping, so now they want me to come in for a transvaginal ultrasound next week to confirm what is going on and if I am in fact miscarrying.

Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Could they be wrong? I’m so sad and confused but just realizing that it is all in Gods hands and timing 🙏🏾💕
