Alright y’all I need your help. So about 4 months ago I got my Nexplanon put it and i took a pregnancy test the night before, it came out positive.(the test was in my truck for a while in 110 degree heat) Condoms never broke and we were careful. Took one at the doctor the next day and it was negative. I’m assuming me gaining weight is just my BC but wasn’t sure. Any thoughts?
