Has anyone ever experienced at home pregnancy tests being positive while their blood test was negative? Is it common or no? Thought??

Answer

No, that would not happen. Home pregnancy tests need HCG to detect pregnancy and become a positive test. If there is HCG in your urine and a at home test is positive, a blood test would also have HCG in it and be detected with blood test. Blood test are more accurate than an at home pregnancy test. Both need HCG to be positive.
