HSG Results

I had an HSG this afternoon. Both tubes are not blocked BUT the doctor thinks I might have endometriosis because there’s scar tissue on the ends of both. So she is guessing this is why we’ve been having trouble conceiving. I have a 3yr old daughter and we’ve been TTC #2 for going on 16months. Doctor said they won’t recommend surgery because the tubes aren’t actually blocked. So...I’m confused... how does my egg get to my tubes if the ends are scarred over and they won’t do surgery. I already had 3 months of Femara and I ovulate with it & without it. Anyone have any similar experiences? What was next?
