Found out I’m pregnant and started spotting pink on Tuesday evening only when wiping

On Wednesday changed to light brown then pink then dark red. Not a lot very light definitely lighter than a period and my periods are light

Thursday The same brown/pink/dark red and in the evening only noticeable when wiping

Friday I’ve had a little more dark red bleeding.

When I have a full bladder my left side few inches from belly button hurts and it speads to my back on the same spot

The same happens when I empty my bladder. Weird I know

Did a test today and still positive plus my boobs seem to be more sore today plus I’ve had some dizziness too.

Doctors won’t see me because of COVID obviously and told me only go to emergency room if it gets worse which it hasn’t

Bleeding seems to be easing off now but it always does at night 🤷🏻‍♀️
