Pregnant?

So I had sex with my boyfriend about a week ago.. He used a condom all 3 times. The past week I have been cramping and had painful gas and whenever I look up those pains it says I'm pregnant. My period is supposed to come in about a week.. Is it too early to take a test and find out/am I overreacting and these cramps are just normal?
