Scared about being pregnant

So I haven’t had any sex since October used a condom + pull out and I’m still scared I got my period on time and normal after but In December it was late which it never is maybe due to stress ? And in jan it was 2 days early making its catching up ? All heavier and had clots !!! I got off the pill in September and it regulated at first was only on it for a month or so
