Fainting / help plz

My last post I uploaded a picture of some spotting I had randomly. Just a small update I’ve been going to the bathroom a lot and every time I pee it’s a good bit and I know it isn’t a uti. I’ve been really picky about food and I’m not normal. Yesterday when I was at work I felt nauseous and got really dizzy, I ended up passing out. They rushed me to the hospital and said everything looked fine they weren’t sure what caused it but I was just curious if anybody else has had the symptoms or what it may be
