I've had this happen. I did deliver my son still born at 31 weeks this past March so I attribute the close proximity of the pregnancies as the reason.

If it's not colostrum, you could have fibrocystic breast disease. It's not really a disease and they don't know why it's called that but it's when white/clear discharge comes out of the nipples. My OB said ab 70% of women will get this at some point in their lives. It's harmless and their is no cure. I have this and the only side effects of it is the discharge and u may or may not get lumps on your breast right b4 your period. Hope this helps!

It's a little early for colostrum, I'd check in via phone call with your OB
