My little nephew has told his mom over and over that he doesn’t like dressing like a girl. She continues to buy him pink clothes with flowers and butterflies. I bought him some clothes with trucks and some nice little button up shirts she won’t even let him wear it. She says he is to young for a say. He is 5 and is always crying because he hates dressing that way. For the past few week he has been at my house and I’ve just let him wear the boy clothes that he likes. I informed his mom that I was letting him dress as a boy and he was happy. She said long as he don’t do it around her. Ridiculous. She called me and said she has been hiding her pregnancy but found out today she having a girl and can her son stay with me for a while. Oh course I said yea he my nephew and I also have a son who is 3 months apart from him. But I’m just like why can’t he come home and she won’t give me an answer so I dropped it and it’s been 3 weeks and she hasn’t seen her son or nothin I call her and she just says she out shopping for baby and don’t have time 🙄 I went out purchased him his own bed and turned my guest room into his room because I don’t want him to continue sleeping on futon. I’m a single mom to my son now I have my nephew but long as he is happy I’ll make it work. I even let him get a hair cut that he has wanted for years now it was long yes I asked her if he could she said she can’t be bothered with that right now because she trying focus on her new coming baby girl. I don’t understand or get why she suddenly left him at my home but I can’t keep asking either oh he can stay my house long as needed.
