Medium spotting 25th day of cycle

Having medium spotting today (4 days after ovulation) and day 25 of my cycle. Getting minor cramps. Feels a bit like AF is about to come. Can anyone who had implantation bleeding tell me how it felt different ? Wonder if it’s AF or implantation bleeding !
