I’m spotting. But very lightly. So light it doesn’t get on my pad. What can cause this 😬

I’ve been doing this lately. I think it’s the extra stress I’m put under with my job causing it. I’ve been spotting 3 or 4 days before my period starts.

Anything can cause it,irritation,medication,period etc
