Real trouble sleeping

So i only found out I am pregnant 4 days ago so I know I must only be around 4/5 weeks. My boobs are so sore and I can’t sleep I’m awake for the past few nights so hot and sweaty and my boyfriend is freezing?! I feel so sick this morning too is it normal to experience symptoms like this so early? Xx
