Possible pcos?

I’m waiting on a call back from the doctor about why my ovulation tests are looking like this and if we’re going to test me for pcos.

I’ve never gotten a positive opk with pcos, or even close to positive, unless I take medication. They’re always so light. Your opks are not enough evidence on their own to indicate pcos... especially if you only have 1 cycle worth of data.

I have pcos and I don’t have this issue. I’ve seen some women say that some just have long lh surges and you should quit testing once you get your peak but idk for sure!!

I have pcos cycles are 28/29 I get positive opks on 13/14 then my test becomes negative again.

Do you have irregular periods? I have PCOS and i never get ovulation tests that strong. I really hope you don’t have it! It sucks!! Hang in there

I have PCOS. My cycle is typically 33 days. I get my peak around cd22.
I get strong positives but nothing still

They’re usually around 30-35 days but a few times a year I get one or two cycles that run 45-50days. The nurse was really confused about why my ovulation tests are all over the place as am I, so I’m waiting to hear about the doctors ideas. They have already checked my thyroid and prolactin in august and everything there seemed good. I don’t have any of the normal symptoms for having pcos, but we’re trying to rule out anything and everything now.
