Nap time strategies
How do you get your newborn to nap? My baby only seems sleepy after breastfeeding. I know about wake windows but he never seems tired until I feed him. Do I literally just swaddle him and put him down in his bassinet and hope he falls asleep? I try bouncing and shushing and singing. Nothing seems to work during the day.
