Finally loosing the baby weight ❤️

My boyfriend decided to diet with me . We both have a goal to lose about 30 pounds , me a bit more because I am heavier .

I had my daughter two & a half months ago, weight 255, after about two weeks of me being home I dropped down to 238, and I’ve kinda just been stuck there . I’ve been dieting on and off which had me jumping back and forth between 236, and 233. My boyfriend and I decided to start being more serious and doing something about our health . Although we don’t eat breakfast nor lunch together , we come together and do dinner , and talk about what we’ve eaten while at work, and etc . We’ve been pretty strict about it since Monday and I’ve went from 233.8 to this morning at 228! Not much , and probably nothing but water , but it makes me happy to see a difference.

I was 207 before I got pregnant . My overall goal is to get down to 180-190. As of right now I’m just focused on getting to 220.

My boyfriend went from 165 to 162!

We don’t work out together, because we’re doing that at different times of the day, even if we did obviously I wouldn’t be able to keep up with him. But it’s working so far and that makes me happy, that getting healthy is something we can bond over .
