Canker sores in babys gums!?
Help, idk if I should be worried or if this is normal, I’m considering calling my LO doctor. My daughter is 7 weeks old and I noticed earlier this morning that when she opened her mouth there were 2 small canker sores looking things inside her gums, is this normal? I started out pumping more than breastfeeding but lately I’ve been breastfeeding a little more and today my nipples are sore to the touch and I noticed this in her gums, could they be related?
