No I haven’t but I wouldn’t care at all. Unless of course it was current times and they took their mask off to do so, then I’d be pretty pissed.

No but I wouldn’t judge them if they did. The airport and airplanes are like a free for all. People can do a lot of weird shit they normally wouldn’t (like drink at 10am, spend $100 on a pillow two snacks and a small drink, fall asleep, yoga) lol, makeup isn’t all that weird

No, I've always been next to my travel partner. 
But I wouldn't judge because idk what they're schedule looks like after we land and it may be the only time they can do it. It's why I don't judge people who dress to the 9's either.

I used to fly across the country for work multiple times a year! I have done it tons and tons of times. People sleep on planes with their mouths open and snore. No one cares about someone putting makeup on.
