Pu$$y Science (Very long post)
So before I got with my boyfriend, and during our first few months, I struggled to get wet, and the skin around my vulva was super dry and sensitive. I thought I needed medical attention. So over the last few days I did an experiment with hygiene and diet, and some research. Turns out I did something wrong
1. I'd been using regular ass body wash. Don't do that. And don't use Summer's Eve either. They're far too alkaline for the vagina, and will kill off the little ecosystem of good bacteria
2. I needed to eat more yogurt. Thankfully, vegan yogurt is a thing for those of us who are lactose intolerant or otherwise dairy-free. Has similar active cultures to regular yogurt.
3. I made the mistake of trying to make my body more alkaline (Curse you, Dr. Sebi). I did not know that vaginas are naturally acidic, so I'm incorporating more acidic foods like cranberries and kiwi. Still eating citrus because it's good.
