I am 22 weeks pregnant with my second boy. Yesterday my 3 year old and I attended a birthday party at an indoor trampoline park. He wanted me to jump with him so I did for a bit not long and I didn’t fall down or get hurt. I felt the baby move afterwards but I woke up this morning and now all day and I haven’t felt much movement. I contacted my midwife but she hasn’t gotten back to me so I didn’t know where to turn to. Should I be worried??
