Mastisis- first symptoms

What were you first symptoms if you got Mastisis? I have been trying everything to not get it. I haven’t had any symptoms and if I feel a lump or my breasts get full and super hard My baby nurses or I pump to empty and solve it. breastfeeding has been going super well.

Today I woke up after actually getting some good sleep and I have felt lousy since. I have a horrible headache and body aches. I had chills but I also think that’s because it is insanely cold outside. My breasts feel fine and I don’t feel a lump or hardness but they are sore (but I rolled and apparently slept in my stomach so I thought it was that). Could these be signs of Mastisis or maybe I am just tired/ have a cold?
