Breast feeding with implants ?

Anyone have good experiences with breast feeding while having implants?
I am currently 26 weeks and am seeing milk production but I’m worried about developing Mastitis.

My cousin has implants and she breastfed her oldest one unti 19 months (she had mastitis once but wasnt serious) and now she has baby #2 and have been breastfeeding her for 8months wihtout any issues.
I think the implants had nothing to do with i, i dont have and i had a lot of issues with breastfeeding including cracked nipples, mastitis, galactocele and abcess

I’ve had my silicone implants (under the muscle) for about 10 years. I’m currently 6mon EBF and still going strong.
