How? How!!!

How do I teach this girl to fall asleep in her crib???? I put her and she has a fit. It’s not the leap. She’s always been like that. 
She’s a VERY nervous girl. So crying it out will only make it worse. 😭

I did Taking Cara Babies sleep training at 10 months. Life changing. He has been sleeping 10-11 hours each night and falls asleep on his own after I lay him in his crib. Half the time, while we do his night time routine (reading books, etc) he is hanging on his crib desperate to get in! He now finds it a relaxing place and he is happy to get in it. I hope you figure something out - it's hard on you both right now, I know!

My son was like this, the only thing that worked was sitting right next to the cot & holding his hand through the bars 
I gradually moved further and further away and now I sit out of sight and he goes to sleep himself! You will get there

Okay, I felt the SAME way. I really didn’t think my
Baby was capable of doing sleep training. I hated when people suggested it. I finally caved because I was desperate and so freaking tired. Something had to give. I had a friend who did Ferber method and suggested it to me. I would text her when I wanted to give up and she told me to just keep going with it and it will work. By night 3 he was a new baby. I suggest trying it and sticking with it. You do check ins and it helps, instead of just letting them cry. My baby was absolutely fine and he now goes to bed on his own, loves his crib, puts himself back to sleep if he wakes up in night crying and also sleeps 11-12 hours straight a night!

Perseverance 
And probably a lot of tears on your end too (or at least there was from me)
Lots of picking up and calming so she knows you’re not just going to leave her 
Lots of patting her while she lays down 
I only left my daughter for up to 5 minutes on her own while she was crying and I would go in sooner if she was escalating and definitely no chance of calming even a little 
It took a while but when it got better, it got better very quickly

Hire a sleep trainer to come up with multiple solutions for you. Most of them can work with you via video calls and texts. Best money we ever spent.

How is she falling to sleep now/where? When kicked the rocking to sleep habit gradually, just less and less each night.

I have heard playing soft jazz helps some babies. Or if there is a kind of music you listened to during pregnancy a lot. Play it on low volume and see if that helps. My cousins and my little sister loved having little moving night lights to watch as well.

Just gotta ride it out until he's ready... Frustrating but he's obvs not emotionally ready and needs the extra support. They will learn eventually
