Contrave for weight loss

Does contrave help with uncontrollable cravings?

In the past, an obesity med doc had me try a different RX for cravings. It made me feel sick. Food is my coping mechanism. I’ve been going to therapy to help with my anxiety, but talk therapy takes long. I’m too fat for my height.

A while back I was put on a low carb diet of 10-15 gm per day. I felt sick, got low blood sugars, only lost 10 lbs after 3 months, so I quit. I try to scale back on my portions, I stopped drinking soda, I rarely buy Starbucks to avoid the sugar... I’m always hungry. I eat a regular portion, I should be full, and I’m not. I see the extreme obesity shows on tv and I’m afraid of heading that way.

I’m scared of gastric surgery.

Any success stories with weight loss and craving control on Contrave?
