Throwing up prenatals
I took my one a day prenatal with food and like 10 minutes later I threw everything up 🥲 literally threw up spaghetti out my nose and mouth at the same time .
Soooo doesn’t that mean I need to take Another prenatal?
I have the one a day pills and then I have vita fusion gummies . Or should I just take a gummy tonight instead. ?
