Ladies, can u share you postpartum regime?

I am 15 weeks postpartum and my skin feels lifeless. The only thing i am using now Clinique Moisturize Surge and lipbalm. I have acne breaskout. I want to do something simple like one more cream or serum which can help my skin. I have a combination skin.
