i cant put my tampon in. it feels too tight i’ve done so much research but no answers.

There are different sizes of tampons.. do you know what the sizes are ? U may be using ultra or something.

you could just be using a wrong size some women as they get older use larger tampon sizes than when they started out young. i wound make sure your tampon that you grab is size regular and then make sure you leave your tampon comfortably in your body because it is not supposed to hurt. Remember to take out the applicator as well(the plastic piece).
