There is some truth to it, I was with my ex for five years, I thought it was sweet that he wanted to keep things private, nope, he didn’t want me cock blocking him for other women, eventually found out he was sleeping with half our town. While I was at work he was entertaining women. Some people don’t have social media at all, some people use it for business only, some people post on social media to look for validation or approval or acceptance, some people do have baby mamas and exes end possible future women and don’t want to deal with them but there is some truth especially how a man introduces you to other people this is my girlfriend or friend or just this is you name. When a man is proud to have you in his life he gives you a title of belonging and when he’s serious about you. Yes there are some private people I could not care less about social media I think I have 7 pictures on Instagram and only update my Facebook maybe a couple times a year. But a man will profess his love when he’s serious about you.

This is silly. Maybe sometimes it’s true but not in every case. When my husband and I first started dating, we posted about each other a lot. We’ve been married 5 1/2 years and only really do anniversary posts, If that. I’m really not active on social media anymore and my husband never posts anything, just really scrolls. We don’t need to “show each other off”. Not everything needs to be posted on social media.

No it’s not true, my husband is the same, after a while he ended just deleting his social accounts and using mine lol
