Red on baby’s neck folds?

My baby has redness on her folds of her neck what can I do so it can go away?

You need to give it fresh air and keep it dry. When baby is napping try to expose the area for a few minutes on each side and pat it dry, the skin can be very sensitive so avoid doing it too harshly x

Mine gets this too, and it’s usually when I forget to clean it at bath time. So make sure you wipe it down every day (or do it twice a day if you’re not sure) to keep bacteria out of it.
I also use barrier cream and it seems to help with the irritated skin but not sure why 🤷‍♀️

Warm wet cloth to clean then dry with a soft cloth.

I had to start gently wiping the neck with a warm wet washcloth after every feeding, tummy time to let it air dry, then putting some coconut oil on it.

Just try to clean it .. I use baby wipes to clean under then pat it down with his baby towel. I noticed it happened because milk was getting under there or drool lol.. just clean it often n dry.
