I only press the let down and my milk is only 1oz or less, lucky days I’ll pump 3oz but combined from both breast

You need to be pumping for at least ten minutes after the let down mode finishes, more if you’re exclusively pumping

Are you exclusively pumping? 
Why do you only use the let down mode? 
When are you pumping? What's your goal for the pumping? 
Tried power pumping? Are your flanges correct size?

Massage your breast before pumping and pump at least 5-6 times a day. After it seems as if the milk is done pumping, let it continue to pump for about 5-6 minutes even if there isn't any drips coming out. That increases as well. But massaging my breast for about 3 minutes each breast increased before pumping and feeding.
