How do you cope with it as it gets even more obvious on valentine's.  Happy valentine's day

Cope? I’m hanging on by faith. Our 17 year anniversary was a week before Valentine’s Day. Wasn’t even acknowledged. He got mad at me and tried to say that it’s my fault because he has to let me know when he plans to spend money and what he’s spending it on. Not true. I saw it for what it was; deflection. 
Valentine’s Day, he did bring me dinner and handed me cookies saying, “For you”. This is after coming back home, weighing his options, “he literally asked, “what are the options” from when he packed his stuff and left me four days prior. The cookies were cute though. They were in the shape of nighties, boxers, lips, and hearts. However, I haven’t had any physical contact in months and when asked why, he said it’s because I find him disgusting. More b.s. 
I’m existing. No romance.
