I know cramping is normal but I've noticed my cramps favor my left side and today it seems constant..while I'm walking mainly. I get relief only when laying down. I have my first ultrasound the 24th of this month. I've got myself worried because I haven't heard the heart beat yet, no luck of finding it with my doppler. My symptoms went away for a few days so I'm afraid I had a missed miscarriage. 😔
