EDIT: Just saying this based off the comment I got about no carbs being bad. I guess I shouldn’t say no carbs because I did have some just very little this week. Also I hate rice (I know , weird) lol and I’m not sure what couscous is. (I’ll look it up though) Thank you for the tips I really do appreciate it! I don’t wanna put all this work in with little to no results. That would suck ! Lol

I just want to share that I started a no carb diet a week ago and I’ve already lost 4 pounds! I’m

Just going to go harder next week incorporating exercise in . Also been drinking a lot more water now! I’m so happy! May not seem like a lot to you but it means a lot to me because that 4 lbs is giving me the motivation I need to keep pushing ! I started at 238 I’m now at 234. My goal weight is 150lbs I still have 84 lbs to lose to get to that point, but I believe I can do it! I’ve also given up sweets and salty snacks like potato chips! Ice cream is my drug of choice so it’s been a long week without it lol ! Going into week 2 strong more motivated and focused !
