My glucose test is tomorrow, 8:30AM, is it ok to have lobster tails for dinner?

Totally! Eat as you normally would, sure tails may not be your normal meal but they aren't full of Carbs! Meat and veggies (non starchy) are perfect! Best of luck with the test! But remember if it does come back positive it's not your fault! You've done nothing wrong! Your body just can't keep up with the insulin required! 🤞😊

Should be fine my doctor told me that it is a non fasting test. I have to do it at the end of the month and am dreading it. I hate the taste of the drink, it made me so nauseous last time.

Absolutely. Meat is low carb for the most part! Now if you were eating like chocolate cake and lots of carb loaded sides that may change things lol but enjoy your tails girlfriend lol
