help: foods to eat and avoid
hi all! are any of you driving yourself nuts checking if food is pregnancy safe? i, unfortunately, keep googling foods and freak myself out with contradicting information. i know the big 10 (alcohol, mercury, deli meats, etc) but i feel like i’m over thinking it. today i ate flaxseed crackers and for 10 minutes went into a spiral because SOME sites said it was perfectly
fine and beneficial and some said to avoid it.
i know i can’t continue doing this for nine months so what your guys go to when it comes to deciding if something is pregnant safe !?
