My boyfriend and I have been together for about 5 years now, we started dating pretty young so he’s my first for most of my relationship “milestones” ya know? Anyways for a while I feel like his attention is somewhere else. I don’t go through his phone but for the first time in 5 years I did and I found nothing (luck for him). He lies to me a lot about random things but he has never cheated. He makes me feel really insecure; sometimes I’ll get pretty for him and he won’t even notice. We don’t argue very much if ever and he really takes care of me (making sure I’m fed and comfortable and he even starts my shower water for me ya know simple but important things) I just don’t understand why I feel like this. I’ll send him a sexy pic and I’ll get some stupid ass response that shows he not interested. He doesn’t make an effort to be in a loving relationship, it feels like he’d rather make me cry that feel happy.

This isn’t an all the time thing. Or maybe is just doesn’t bother me all the time. 🧐
