Is it worth getting a restraining order for a stalker ex? She pops up to me and my boyfriends house and sits outside all day until we come out and then drives up and tries to fight! This is her 2nd time doing it that we know of. Is it worth getting a restraining order? And what could happen if she violates it?

You should get a restrain order no contact order and make sure it stays in that restrainer she shows up at your home or anywhere near you she goes to jail for a certain amount of time. Trying to harm you that harming could kill you so get yourself protected.
