We were ttc for a year with no luck 
As soon as we gave up trying I literally fell pregnant that month 
Our lesson from baby no.1 is to have fun while ttc- make it more about fun and love than timing your intercourse and literally obsessing over every detail 
And most importantly (and I know it’s hard) have fun and keep faith

Yes, and if someone can let me know how to NOT stress about it, please do. I’m very aware of how much I obsess over it, but also I don’t know how NOT to!

Absolutely. It’s a primal instinct for the body to prevent pregnancy during times of extreme stress. It’s a protection mechanism. The issue is, our bodies don’t know the difference between true, life threatening stress and self-induced stress.

I don’t think it diminishes your fertility but stress impacts your adrenals . And your adrenals impact your tsh. It’s all connected. 
But acupuncture is wonderful as long as it doesn’t put you in a tight financial spot

I have heard so many women say as soon as they have up, they got pregnant. There had to be something to it.

Absolutely stress does so much to your body and stressing can cause hormones to fluctuate along with many other things that prevent implantation
