Mastitis and ice storm

Idk what to do i think i just developed it over night and idk how im going to get antibiotics. We are expected to get rain, ice and 4-6 inches of snow. It will make driving impossible esp since i live it a rural town.. does anyone have any help ☹️ i feel like crap
