Low lying placenta

I am in need of some advice from some of you who have experience with a low lying or placenta previa.

I had my 20 week scan done last week and was told my placenta was lying low and would need to move up 3cm in order to have a vaginal birth.

Today I saw the OB who seemed a little concerned with how low my placenta is lying and has ordered no more sex for the remainder of the pregnancy. I will go back at 34 to determine weather or not I will need a c section.

Obviously as we all do, I left my appointment and jumped on google... the search results have left me feeling a little anxious 😟.
