What makes something funny?

Tell me about your sense of humor or what makes something funny?

Man, that totally depends to me. Sometimes just the way anything is said; sometimes the facial expressions; sometimes the content of the joke, itself; sometimes the lack of a joke, when someone tries really hard; sometimes just a loud fart; sometimes kids are just funny just bc kids have a charm; sometimes a completely unintelligent statement; sometimes the amount of beers I’ve drank; sometimes if I hit the bong...you know...it varies 🤣

I don't like crass humour, but dry humour, almost to the point of aridity, is always sure to make me laugh. Clever use of language is often funny to me. I like observational humour - I'm a fan of Jerry Seinfeld because he has a knack for pointing out the absurdities in day-to-day life without being vulgar. Slapstick comedy doesn't do much for me. I prefer wittiness to obvious humour.

I laugh at almost anything like a dirty joke, sometimes dark humor, something really stupid idk it depends on my mood. 
I make my fiancé laugh to the point he’s wheezing 😂 just by saying random stuff or sharing my weird thoughts.

I dunno but I make myself laugh all the damn time. This group makes me laugh a lot too. Some of you guys are really fucking funny. It flies in the face of that whole, “women aren’t funny” stereotype.

It depends on who I'm with. My husband and his family have very hardcore vulgar humor which is great but my bff is funny with just the way she carries herself and her mannerisms lol

I like dry humor the most. Don't enjoy slapstick that much and don't enjoy crass humor at all. I enjoy puns only when it's something truly clever and not obvious. I enjoy humor that pokes fun at our every day common occurrences of life. I also enjoy unintentional humor (when someone doesn't realize they are being funny) and my kids' innocent insights can sometimes be downright hilarious.
Aside from when he would get crass, Robin Williams's stage performances and night show appearances could have me rolling.

I love dry humor and wit. I have a very dry humor and people often can't tell when I'm joking...but oh man when I do meet someone who gets my jokes or when I meet someone with a subtle dry humor and I get their jokes, that's a beautiful thing
