Pls help, I need your thoughts.

I took clomid 100mg CD3-5 and due to my follicles not growing after multiple ultrasounds, I was given femara 2.5 on CD15 for 5days. These are my OPK’s. They didn’t advise I do OPK’s but I did them anyways. I have no idea whether these are accurate due to the medications. What are your thoughts? I have no idea what DPO i am.. I have an ultrasound tomorrow am to see if my follicles grew. Thank you.
