I had the mirena iud and it caused nothing but issues abdominal pain, pain during intercourse, bleeding for more days then not so my obgyn decided to remove it after 6 months (that was back in September)

We have been ttc but me period never comes on the same day anymore. I always used to be a 28 day cycle now it’s anywhere from 28-38. But when taking the ovulation strips I always have the spike on the same day of the month. Usually day 16/17. But now this month my period is still not here and the test this morning was negative!!

So my question is has anyone else had similar experience? If so did your cycle ever go back to normal? How long did it take to conceive ? When do people get check for irregular cycles?
