Evening primrose oil or pumping ??
Anyone try either of these to naturally induce ?? And if so what’s your experience ???
Started primrose last night and wondering if I should try pumping today.

Been loosing bloody show for days, been trying sex, walking, and bouncing on my ball.
Once I hit 39 weeks on Wednesday this will be my longest pregnancy 😳
