Miscarriage??

Hey lady's I just had a miscarriage and I was woundering for the people that has had a miscarriage how did y'all cope or deal with it? I'm having a hard time dealing with it , it seems like every time I turn around I'm crying and feeling like I did it... It's very depressing and I'm not myself after knowing what happened... I had a miscarriage in September. It's so hard and painful. Mine made me feel so empty. At first I wanted to just move on and forget it even happened (I know that sounds bad) I came to find out I was dealing with it so wrong. Truth is it's hard and it's going to be hard. You have to accept it. I mean that's still your baby and you can't just forget it. In a week or so it'll get easier. I still tear up and cry when I'm talking about it. I blamed myself too for a while. Really I just now stopped feeling so guilty. It's not your fault. I repeat it is not your fault. These things happen because your body is made to sense when something is wrong. Something just wasn't perfect so your body stopped it. Most of the time it's chromosomal defects. It wasn't you. Just grieve. Take time to be sad. Cry. Get it out. It's gonna be painful but it gets easier I promise. It just takes time to get that way. Be thankful that you know you can get pregnant and then you can try again when you are ready. Praying and thinking of you. I've been there. Just remember there's not a single thing you coulda done differently.

I'd like to encourage you to just feel every emotion that comes up. I'm an introvert so I stuff it inside till I explode. MC on Nov 7th... and what's helped me is just crying when I need to, being mad when I need to, etc. I've been drawing, and writing out prayers and letters to my baby. We got memorial tattoos and made out a 'certificate of life' and put that in a memory box with my hospital bracelets from that day, and a couple other things. Gave us closure.. sex has helped us to come together again. Don't push your SO away, you need to experience this pain as a team, and hold each other up!!! ♡♡♡ I'm so sorry sweetie, days do get easier. Remember your baby is in heaven and will never ever feel pain or sorrow.

I had a miscarriage at 4 months. Delivering my baby and not being able to go home with him was the hardest part. I would cry uncontrollably, but it helped. I felt better after putting a collage of the ultrasound pictures and bracelet and hospital birth cartificate in a picture frame so I had him with us and not stuffed in a box to gather dust. I also got a Molly bear that symbolizes my son and it weighs exactly what my son did.

I still cry about mine. It's only been a little over a month but I definitely don't cry as much as I did in the beginning.  Talking about it with family and friends has helped some. A piece of my heart is gone forever but I feel like time helps heal some. It's something you truly never get over.

I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks at the end of October. I still have bad days.. It's gotten better, but I know this is something that will stay with me forever.

I know right now it feels like you'll never get over it, but it will get better, I PROMISE. Cry your heart out when you need to cry. It's okay to be hurt. It's okay to be sad. Talk to people about it.. As soon as I accepted it I felt like a huge weight was lifted off of me and I began to heal. There's nothing wrong with the way you're feeling. I've been there feb. Found out I was expecting and at 10 weeks found out I was having a miscarriage.  Worse day ever....all my future plans for our baby were gone...all my happiness just vanished. I went against my Dr's advise and didn't take the pill and just believed that what needs to happen will happen.  I still had faith in my baby whether she got a heartbeat or went to be with the Lord, I had faith. When I finally started to miscarry I ended up in the e.r with complication and blood loss. I finally went home that night and had my angel.  I wanted to be at home with my husband and I got that. I'm blessed that my body knew my baby couldn't make and did what needed to be done and that the Lord has our angel.  It feels good talking about it. I've found that everything you're feeling is better out then in. Keeping it in for me just hurts. I like to talk about my experience of being a mother even if it was just a short time...it was a great experience and I can't wait to get blessed again. I hope your heart heals and know we are praying for you. They are right you slowly move past this. But know that angel made you a mommy! That always makes me smile.

I had a miscarriage almost a month ago. And it's been the absolute worst month ever. I was almost 6 weeks I woke up for my first appt and I kept telling my boyfriend something was wrong I just had a gut feeling and sure enough they called me that afternoon to tell me my hcg levels were very low and I needed to come back in 2 days for a retest. And I just cried cause I already knew something was wrong and then I miscarried 3 days later.. I ended up having to take 3 weeks off work and had to go to the dr caused I started having bad anxiety attacks. And I still hate talking about it but I've realized it helps. I still cry and get upset. But I'm also a strong believer in everything happens for a reason. So I know in time everything will work out!  I'm so sorry for your loss.

It's hard! I've had 3 and I don't think it ever gets 'easier' but you do learn to accept it. Just know that it isn't your fault these things just happen unfortunately. Try planting your favourite flower or buying/making something in memory of your sweet little angel baby to keeps its memory alive. It's not easy being a mother of an angel baby. Hope you feel better soon 💕

I also have had a miscarriage and felt the same way at first. What made me feel more at ease about it was that a doctor I saw told me that it's my body's way of reacting to an abnormal pregnancy. There could have been something that went wrong during implantation or a number of things that would have prevented me from having a healthy baby. The way she described it made me feel like the miscarriage gave me another chance to have have a healthy baby. Don't be discouraged.
